Zenobia Edwards

Zenobia Edwards is the director of Darlington County Intervention School. She organized the program from inception in 1999. She is the founding Dean (2005) of Metropolitan College at Johnson C. Smith University in Charlotte, NC.. She is a career educator with over 20 years of experience in both secondary and post-secondary education. Dr. Edwards also worked as a school partnership manager with College Summit, a nonprofit that has helped 35,000 low-income high school seniors navigate the college application process. In 2003, she founded, I Am B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L., Inc., an award-winning educational enrichment nonprofit organization dedicated to building self-esteem and leadership capability in girls and women.
